We are a property management and real estate investment company specializing in residential management. Established in 2003, our company has grown to four major West Michigan cities, over 20 staff members, and over 1,700 rental units. GRAND RAPIDS
Lighthouse was founded in Grand Rapids. Since 2003, we have grown in all directions, managing properties in Kentwood, Wyoming, Wayland, Hastings, Walker, Georgetown Township, Holland, Rockford, Comstock Park, and Sparta. We have built productive business relationships with local contractors, companies, non-profits, and city inspectors throughout these communities, enhancing quality of service to both owners and residents.
MUSKEGON
In 2016, we expanded our operation by opening an office location on the Lakeshore. Once an industry based community, Muskegon has experienced many transitions over the last several decades. With no clear property management options, we wanted to bring our expertise and be part of revitalizing the city and surrounding areas. We have worked hard to implement the same systems in Muskegon that made us successful in Grand Rapids, offering higher return on investment for our clients and a better standard of living for our residents.
BATTLE CREEK
In the spring of 2018, we followed our investors to another growing area near mid Michigan: Battle Creek. Like Muskegon, a leader in full service property management was absent in Battle Creek. We saw a chance to improve the community and expand investment opportunities for our current owners. Since then, we have expanded our rental unit base and established ourselves as the go-to property management professionals in the region.
KALAMAZOO
After moving into the Battle Creek & Hastings markets, Kalamazoo was the next logical expansion. With a network of over 200 real estate professionals through our sister company, Jaqua Realtors, we feel more than comfortable meeting the needs of southwest Michigan owners and investors. Because we are a systems-oriented organization, implementing the same processes in all of our locations allows us to be successful in every area of expansion.
